The Bren 2 Ms is the next generation of the Bren, designed for pistol use with multiple barrel lengths and chamberings. It features a trimmed-down aluminum receiver and a carbon fiber reinforced polymer lower, a swappable charging handle that stays forward when not in use, an AR-style bolt catch/release, ambidextrous magazine release and safety, and compatibility with AR-15 style magazines for 223 variants. In pistol form, it can be fitted with a buffer tube for accessories and can be configured for SBR with carbine components. Chambered in 5.56 NATO with an 11.14" barrel and 22.8" overall length. Sights are folding adjustable; frame is carbon fiber-reinforced polymer; magazine type AR-15/M16.
