Includes a Palmetto State Armory Lowers Parts Kit, MOE pistol grip, ambidextrous safety, Guardsman flat bow single-stage trigger, HAR-15 adjustable pistol stabilizing blade, and a Mil-Spec buffer tube assembly with buffer and spring. Compatible with standard AR-15 uppers. Does not include upper receiver or barrel by itself.
