Modlite Replacement Light Body for Scout WML (18350/18650)

Overview

The Modlite light body is designed as a direct replacement for the Surefire® Scout Light M600DF weapon lights and the KE2-DF head.

• 18350 Body: approximately 1.25 inches shorter and about 1.5 oz lighter than an M600DF body with battery. Accepts 18350 cells only.
• 18650 Body: direct replacement for Surefire® Scout Light M600DF and KE2-DF heads (Modlite says it will also fit all Modlite light heads). Accepts 18650 cells only.

Compatibility

• Compatible with Surefire® z68 and Modlite TCC tailcaps, plus Surefire UE and DS00 tail caps.
• Fits in any aftermarket Scout mount because it retains the mounting holes and square lug interface on the underside.
• Not compatible with older Surefire Scout light heads (per product text).

Battery / cell requirements

• Lithium CR123 cells are not supported; using CR123 cells may cause overheating and possible fire.
• Recommended cells (per product text):
  • 18350: KeepPower high drain 1200mAh cells (runtime about 35–40 minutes)
  • 18650: KeepPower high drain 3500mAh cells (runtime about 75–80 minutes)
