Daniel Defense Rail Interface System Ris III is a free-floating AR-15 handguard with M-LOK attachment at seven positions along its length. It uses a six-bolt bolt-up system to attach to the upper receiver and provides an uninterrupted upper rail platform with Mil-Spec 1913 Picatinny rails. The RIS III is backward compatible with RIS II lower and RIS II upper rails and uses the same barrel nut and bolt-up plate. It features an inner diameter of 1.34 in and a height of 2.16 in.
