Magpul Zhukov Hand Guard AK Platform. The Zhukov Hand Guard is a fully-featured AK forearm with an extended length for increased grip and accessory mounting. Features a hard anodized aluminum chassis for strength and heat dispersion, a polymer outer shell for ergonomics, and M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock for mounting direct-attach M-LOK accessories or M-LOK 1913 Picatinny rail sections. Includes replacement polymer Top Cover. Mounts to most AK-47/AKM/AK-74 rifles with barrels under the hand guard diameter of 16.75–18.25 mm and overall length greater than 13 inches. Compatible with UltiMAK gas tube rail optics mount. Requires permanent removal of factory hand guard retaining cap and forward sling mount if equipped. Not compatible with Yugо pattern rifles or RPK receivers. Due to extended hand guard length, barrels shorter than 13 inches are not recommended. Hand Guard counts as one US compliance part for 922(r). Made in USA.
