The Superlative Arms adjustable piston system converts a direct-impingement AR-15 to piston operation using a solid .625 in. gas block with a set screw and a carbine-length op rod. Gas flow is adjustable, so the system can be tuned for smoother cycling and less recoil. Parts are finished in black Melonite QPQ, and this right-hand version (SABO-PS-RFD-C625SM) is rated for full-auto use.
