Overview

J.Bennett Designs OMEGA Valve Mod. 2-S is a tunable gas valve for Sig Sauer MCX 300 BLK rifles with short barrels (5.5" and 6.75"). It is designed to optimize suppressed performance across different ammunition and silencer combinations.

Key Features

• 4 gas positions (indexes on the gas valve retaining pin rather than ball detent)
• Recessed, tapered ports to accelerate gas velocity into the expansion chamber for improved reliability
• PMM (Parker Mountain Machine) SCAR gas jet screw compatibility for front venting and fine tuning
• DMLS construction from 17-4 stainless steel
• Advanced hexagonal boron nitride (hBN) coating for lubricity and heat resistance
• Not recommended for MCX barrels longer than 6.75" (may over-function)

Compatibility

• Fits Sig Sauer MCX Rattler, TACOPS, and Spear LT line of 300 BLK rifles
• Specifically for short barrel variants: 5.5" and 6.75"

Notes

• Venting is almost certainly required for supersonic ammunition with short barrels.
