Daniel Defense Rail Mounted Fixed Front Sight is a lightweight snag-free fixed front sight for MIL-STD-1913 rails. It features a one-piece design mounts with a slotted fastener threaded into a self-locking stainless steel thread insert. It is designed to accommodate compact weapon-lights forward of the sight, such as the X300 or TLR-1. The concave radii on either side provide a convenient thumb rest for ambidextrous activation of the light. It is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and hardcoat anodized.
