Magpul MBUS Gen 2 Front Flip-Up Sight ODG for AR-15/M16

Magpul MBUS (Magpul Back-Up Sight) front flip-up sight (Gen 2), low-profile polymer for backup iron sights.

• Fits MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny/STANAG 4694-railed hand guards
• Spring-loaded ambidextrous release mechanism; flips up/down quickly and locks in place with a steel crossbolt
• Elevation adjustable (includes elevation adjustment tool)
• Provides the same height-over-bore as standard A2 iron sights
• Protects the spring-locking A2 front sight post with protective wings
• Uses less than 1" of rail space

Front MBUS mounting notes:

• Must be mounted on a railed forend on the same plane as the receiver rail
• Not compatible with MOE hand guards
• Cannot be mounted to a railed gas block due to excess heat issues
