The Sig Lima7 foregrip laser combo will attach directly to any KeyMod system and to a Picatinny rail with adapter. These low profile laser grips also work as a hand stop. The red laser is powered by a CR123 lithium battery for industry leading run times. The on/off switch is located in the center of the grip for ease of use for both right and left handed shooters.
