DS-15 Carbine Heavy Buffer System Kit for AR-15.
- Mil-Spec carbine buffer tube: 7075 aluminum, roll-formed threads; 6-position adjustment with SOCOM drain holes; MIL-8625 Type III hardcoat anodizing; Everlube dry film coated inside
- Carbine buffer spring: Mil-Spec 17-7 stainless steel (not piano wire), heat treated for long life and electropolished for reduced friction
- Buffer nut: 4140 chromium-moly steel, nitride heat treated; enhanced staking holes
- Buffer end plate: stamped steel, black oxide finish
- Heavy buffer: 4.5 oz — 6061 aluminum body, high durometer blue polyurethane bumper, 4140 steel dead blow weights, EPDM spacers, engraved weight
