BCM GUNFIGHTER MK2 MOD 1 Intermediate Buffer – T3 The BCM MK2 MOD 1 Buffer system is engineered to reduce felt recoil and provide a more consistent carrier velocity, improving both accuracy and reliability. Unlike conventional carbine buffer systems, this advanced buffer uses an intermediate length with increased internal counterweight travel and an M16A4 rifle spring to widen the operating envelope. Internal springs help minimize noise and maintain consistent weight distribution. Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum and hard coat anodized, this buffer is built for durability and Mil-Spec performance. Features - Reduces felt recoil while maintaining reliability - Increased internal counterweight travel minimizes bolt bounce - Uses M16A4 rifle spring with more coils than M4 carbine spring - Internal spring reduces noise and ensures consistent weight placement - Constructed from 7075-T6 aluminum with hard coat anodized finish - Mil-Spec components for reliable operation - Intermediate Length - T3 model weighs 6.5 oz - BCM US Patent #10415907 Important Note: The MK2 MOD 1 buffer series is only compatible with AR-15 platforms and must be used with the BCM MK2 Receiver Extension (BCM-MK2-RE) and the Mil-Spec Rifle M16 Action Spring (SPRING-RIFLE-M16-ACTION). Using incompatible components may result in weapon damage and personal injury.
