The Armaspec Stealth Recoil Spring (SRS) Gen 4 is a self-contained, multi-stage drop-in replacement for the standard buffer and spring in an AR-10. It keeps the spring from rubbing the inside of the buffer tube for smooth, quiet operation, while the second stage significantly reduces felt recoil. The buffer mass stays under constant tension against the bolt carrier; this 5.7 oz Gen 4 version has no O-ring on the weight.
