- NiB-X nickel boron coating for long life, high reliability, and easy cleaning and maintenance. Coating guaranteed for life against chipping, spalling, or flaking.
- Matte version uses the same NiB-X coating in a bead blasted look.
- Specifications: Caliber 5.56x45mm NATO; Fabric/Material: 8620 Alloy Steel, 9310 Steel; Carrier Material: 8620 Steel; Bolt Material: 9310 Steel; Condition: New.
- Features: Bolt – Case hardened 9310, shot peened, magnetic particle inspected, with high-performance extractor, ejector springs, gas rings and special O-ring buffer; Extractor – heat-treated, hardened, NiB-X coated; Firing Pin – chromed and certified; Carrier – M16 style, 8620 steel, heat treated and case hardened, NiB-X coated; Gas Key – Hardened to USGI specs, staked; Cam Pin – NiB-X coated.
