JP Enterprises Bolt Carrier Assembly, Large Frame Variable/Heavy Mass Carrier. This large-frame VMOS carrier provides adjustable mass for tuning operation, especially for suppressed rifles and exotic calibers. The heavy version includes one steel and two tungsten weights that can be exchanged for lighter weights. It includes the JP EnhancedBolt, designed from SAE 9310 steel for extended lifespan, and is compatible with Mil-Spec sub-components. The bolt carrier is manufactured from 8620 steel and features a DLC coating on the bolt and a QPQ finish for reduced friction. This .308 model is designed to improve reliability with over-pressured loads such as 6.5mm and 6mm calibers; a reduced diameter firing pin orifice accommodates the included low-mass firing pin. The EnhancedBolt is compatible with JP LRP-07 and DPMS LR-308 platforms (or clones) only and cannot replace bolts in Armalite AR-10 platforms. Requires DPMS-pattern bolt, firing pin and cam pin.
