- Built from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158 steel for the bolt and 8620 aircraft quality steel for the carrier
- Mil-Spec chrome-lined interior and chrome-lined gas key
- Gas key secured to carrier with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Spec
- Bolt, carrier, and related components are machined and finished to Mil-Spec standards, with shot peening
- HPT (High Pressure Batch Tested) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected)
