Spikes Tactical ST5BG03 Bolt Carrier Group M16/AR15 223 Rem/5.56 NATO Nickel Boron Steel Spikes Tactical ST5BG03: This Spike's Tactical Bolt Carrier Group is the Mil-Spec BCG with a Nickel Boron coating. It has been High Pressure Tested and Magnetic Particle Inspected (HPT/MPI). Nickel Boron is noted for durability, smoother operation, easier cleaning, and reduced lubrication needs. This BCG is designed for AR-15s and does not make a rifle fully automatic. It is machined from 8620 Tool Steel (Carrier) and 158 Carpenter Steel (Bolt) with Nickel Boron coating inside and out (Bolt, Carrier, and Gas Key). The forged Mil-Spec gas key is attached using Grade 8 hardware and properly staked. The bolt is shot peened and it includes Mil-Spec extractor spring, a black extractor insert, Viton O-Ring, and Tool Steel extractor.
