- .223 Wylde chamber designed for precision with .223 Remington while safely accommodating 5.56 NATO pressures
- 18-inch heavy fluted profile increases rigidity and cooling surface area while reducing weight vs. a full heavy contour
- Salt bath nitride (QPQ) finish inside and out for corrosion resistance and reduced fouling
- Nickel Teflon–coated M4 barrel extension for improved dry lubricity and consistent receiver fit
