• Match grade barrel precision machined from pre-hardened DFARS-compliant 416R stainless steel
• 6-groove, cut rifled
• 1:10 twist, right-hand
• Double honed (rough and finish) to produce a bore with a max roughness average (RA) of 12
• Match-grade SAAMI specification chambers, precision cut and polished to max RA of 16
• Stress relieved after rifling; final hardness 38–42 Rockwell C before final shaping
• Final dimension held to ±0.0002" deviation
• Bead blasted to create a satin finish prior to plating
• Fluted barrel with LANTAC proprietary patent-pending flute pattern
• Drop-in fit; does not require gunsmithing for assembly
