Overview
Faxon “Flame” Match Barrels for Glock\u00ae 17 are machined from triple stress-relieved 416R stainless steel, then finished with a hard black nitride for resistance to surface wear.
The barrel features variable-depth fluted "flames" to help dissipate heat, providing extra rigidity and reducing accuracy drift from heat warpage.
Features
- Compatible with Gen 1-4 G17 pistols
- 9mm SAAMI-spec chamber
- 1:10" twist conventional rifling (handles jacketed, heavy subsonics, and cast-lead practice bullets)
- 11° target crown for consistent bullet release
- Available with either:
- Non-threaded muzzle, or
- \u00bd"-28 TPI threads for compensator or sound suppressor installation
- Hard nitride finish is non-reflective and helps prevent surface wear
Fitment
Drops into a factory-spec Glock 17 slide with no gunsmith fitting needed.
