DOUGLAS UNTURNED BLANK AR-15 barrel blanks. Premium-grade barrels for rebarrelling projects. Button rifled for smoothness with tight tolerances for groove diameter and straightness. Grooves: .264 through .338 use 6 grooves; .358, .375 and .458 barrels have 8 grooves. Not straightened, stress-relieved. SPECS: 4140 chrome moly and stainless steel. Finished dimensions are shown in the chart. Unturned blanks will be 0.025" (0.63 mm) to 0.050" (1.3 mm) larger in diameter and about 1-5/8" (3.8 cm) longer than shown. Not threaded or chambered. Ordering: Provide 9-digit stock number from chart; specify caliber, twist, contour. If no stock number is shown in the chart, that barrel must be ordered on a Special Order basis. Special Orders require full payment in advance and are non-cancelable and non-refundable. SKU 237358120 has a max finish length of 28".
