Proof Research stainless steel barrels are produced in-house from double stress-relieved 416R stainless steel, a pre-hardened chromium steel ideally suited for match-grade rifle barrels. Each barrel is drilled, contoured and reamed to bore diameter, then cut rifled, lapped, inspected via borescope, and stress relieved for extreme consistency and accuracy. This model is an Impact Precision 737 shouldered prefit stainless steel barrel in 6mm Dasher, 1:7.5" twist, 26" length, competition contour, ready for your gunsmith to thread and chamber.
