The Faxon Firearms Match Series 20" barrel is manufactured in-house from gun-barrel-quality 416-R stainless steel and chambered in .22 ARC for high-performance precision shooting. It features 5R rifling, a hybrid rifling design with reduced sharp angles to help minimize jacket deformation, promote higher velocity potential, and simplify cleaning. After rigorous testing, each barrel is individually magnetic particle inspected MPI for safety and is nitride treated inside and out to enhance corrosion resistance and extend barrel life. The barrel extension is coated in Nickel Teflon for excellent dry lubricity and corrosion resistance, helping promote a tight, consistent fit between the extension and receiver.\n\nProduct Highlights\n\n- Match Series 416-R stainless steel barrel chambered in .22 ARC for accuracy-focused builds\n- 5R rifling helps reduce jacket deformation for consistent performance and easier cleaning\n- Nitride treatment inside and out improves wear resistance, corrosion protection, and barrel longevity\n- MPI for enhanced quality control and safety\n- Nickel Teflon coated extension provides excellent dry lubricity and corrosion resistance for a precise fit\n\nSpecs\n\nBrand: Faxon Firearms\nManufacturer Part Number: 15B22A7R20LMQ5RNP3\nUPC: 816341028050\nCaliber: .22 ARC\nBarrel Length: 20"\nMaterial: 416-R Stainless Steel\nRifling: 5R\nFinish: Nitride (inside and out)\nBarrel Description: Flame Fluted\nBarrel Type: Button Rifled\nTwist Rate: 1:7"\nMuzzle Thread Pattern: 1/2"x28\nExtension Coating: Nickel Teflon\nTesting: Individually Magnetic Particle Inspected MPI\nWeight: 2.13 lbs
