Overview
Alpha Wolf conversion barrels convert Glock chamberings from .40 S&W and .357 Sig to 9mm with a drop-in installation. Stainless 416 steel is heat treated to RC 40-42, then Salt Bath Nitride (SBN) coated.
Barrel Features
- Proudly made in the USA
- Fits Glock Gen1-4
- Designed for lead, plated, or jacketed ammunition
- Certified, stress relieved 416 stainless steel
- Button rifled with three stage honed bore
- SBN premium coating (similar to Tennifer)
- Heat treated to RC 40-42, then SBN coating increases surface hardness to RC 60
- Fluting creates a path for heat and debris to escape
- Exact tolerances for drop-in installation
- Threaded models include an appropriate thread protector
- Due to SBN coating, unable to custom chamber or custom crown
- For best results use magazines intended for Glock 17s (example provided: GLO-MF91317)
