Proof Research SOLUS carbon fiber prefит barrel for 7mm PRC in a 24 inch Sendero Contour with 1:8 twist. Barrels are built from 416R stainless steel, produced in-house with double-stress relief. The barrel is drilled, contoured and reamed to bore diameter, then cut rifled, lapped, and borescope-inspected for consistency. The aerospace-grade carbon fiber wrap provides high strength-to-weight and rigidity, enabling a lighter yet accurate barrel package. This is a prefitted barrel designed for quick installation on compatible receivers.
