What it is

C&H Precision V4 MIL/LEO optic adapter mounting plate designed for use on MOS-ready Glock® pistols to mount popular red-dot optics.

Construction & features

  • Machined from 6061 aluminum and treated with a hard-anodized finish
  • Two recoil posts
  • Includes replaceable stainless steel T-posts
  • Secured with Torx head screws

Optic fit options (choose the plate variant)

  • Holosun 407K/507K
  • Leupold DeltaPoint Pro / EOTech EFLX
  • Trijicon RMR

Compatibility notes

  • V4 plates convert Glock MOS slides to the selected optic footprint.
  • Products marked RSF (Rear Sight Forward) feature a forward mounting rear sight built into the mount and are not compatible with the Trijicon SRO.
