Aluma-Hyde II is a spray-on gun finish with increased resistance to bore cleaners, solvents, and other cleaning chemicals—even trichloroethylene.

• Hard-curing epoxy base with high-density pigment
• Adheres to properly prepared aluminum and alloy surfaces, steel, and plastics (including synthetic stocks)
• Dries to the touch in minutes and reaches full cure in about a week

Surface Prep & Application (high level)

1. No priming required on clean, bare metal or anodized surfaces. Keep surface dry and free of oil, wax, dirt, loose paint, and contaminants.
2. Shake vigorously until the ball rattles, then shake 2 minutes more.
3. Hold about 12 in from the surface and fully depress the valve to spray.
4. Dries to light touch in ~10–15 minutes; allow extended handling time.
5. If recoating, apply within 30 minutes, then allow 10–14 days cure before recoating (per instructions).
