Shield Arms Partisan Fire Kit is a compact, backcountry-ready fire starter kit designed for wilderness travel, hunting camps, and emergency preparedness. It pairs a Shield Arms branded BIC lighter with a 3/8" x 4" ferrocerium rod and scraper capable of producing hot sparks up to 3,000°F. To support quick fire building, a packet of Fireplug tinder is included for use with either ignition source. Drawing from practical mountain and remote-field experience, the Partisan Fire Kit also adds tools that go beyond typical fire kits: a durable ceramic honing rod for fast knife edge touch-ups, plus versatile cordage including 12 feet of 550 paracord and 3 feet of Kevlar line for shelter, repairs, emergency sawing, and tinder use. Everything is organized in a water-resistant zippered pouch featuring a Velcro loop panel on one side and Squadron PALS webbing on the other for flexible pack and gear attachment.
