Burn Proof Gear Suppressor Cover Heavy is designed to fit suppressors that are 1.5 inches in diameter and can be made to fit any length.

Fit & Sizing

• Cover size: 7.5 in x 1.5 in
• Covers are designed to be 0.5 inches longer than the suppressor to provide a no-slip fit by cinching around the front and rear.
• When installed on a 1.5" diameter suppressor, the overall diameter should not exceed 1.75 inches.
• Compatible with suppressors for .223, 300 BLK, .308, 5.56 NATO, 7.62 NATO.

Construction & Heat Performance

• Outer: DuPont Kevlar (fire-retardant)
  • Max operating temperature: 1000°F
• Inner liner: fiberglass mesh sleeving
  • Max operating temperature: 2000°F
• Two-piece design: inner sleeving cut to length + outer cover.

Intended Use

Helps resist suppressor heat so you can transition without burning legs/pants/gear, and is described as reducing heat mirage and IR effects during night operations.
