The FR-1 Magnetized Cant Detection Level (CDL) attaches and detaches instantly and helps confirm level before shooting. It mounts via a 6.75 lb pull Neodymium magnet in a location chosen by the user and is ambidextrous. When not in use, the CDL stores in the stowaway compartment in the fire control mount. The CDL is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished with Mil-Spec Type III anodizing, with a Teflon impregnation for durability.
