Arisaka Defense MCX Zero Retention Clamp (ZRC)

Patent Pending Zero Retention Clamp (ZRC) designed to greatly reduce zero shift for lasers and iron sights mounted on the handguard of the SIG MCX Virtus and SIG Spear LT.

This version is designed for:

• MCX Virtus (chambered in 5.56 and 300 BLK)
• MCX Spear LT (chambered in 5.56, 7.62x39, and 300 BLK)
• Rattler is not currently supported

How it works

• Provides exterior clamps that thread into a special U-bracket.
• The U-bracket engages the extended upper receiver underneath the handguard, securing it across two axis.
• Helps eliminate/limit handguard flex so zero is more repeatable.
• The U-bracket does not touch the barrel or gas system, preserving a free-floated barrel.
