Surefire HL1-A-TN HL1 Helmet Light. The HL1-A-TN is a compact, variable-output helmet light featuring primary and secondary LEDs and an infrared Identify Friend or Foe beacon. The primary LEDs provide general-purpose close-work illumination, while the colored secondary LEDs offer a low-signature color for dark-adapted vision. Its durable, watertight polymer body attaches to Modular Integrated Communications Helmet (MICH) via an ambidextrous mount with 20 preset positions for true 360-degree rotation. With the mount in place, the light can be quickly and securely attached. An optional Z71 carry clip mounts the light to any MOLLE or Alice vest. The HL1 is a versatile illumination tool for military, law enforcement, and tactical use.
